Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Associate (Construction Management): Master’s degree in Construction Management from reputed institutes (IIT/NIT preferred), 0–2 years experience, age limit up to 30 years.
- Senior Associate (Technical): Master’s in Civil Engineering (Structural/Transportation/Tunnel), 2–9 years experience, age up to 40 years.
- Consultant (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com from reputed institutes, 9–15 years experience, age up to 45 years.
- Associate (Legal): LLB/LLM from recognized law university, 0–2 years experience, age up to 30 years.
- Senior Associate (IT): BE/B.Tech or M.Tech in CS/IT/EC, 2–9 years experience, age up to 40 years.
Salary Details
NHIDCL offers attractive monthly remuneration based on the role:
- Associate: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month
- Senior Associate: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
- Consultant: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,75,000 per month
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages:
- Initial Screening based on qualification and experience
- Shortlisting by Screening Committee
- Written Test (if applicable)
