Eligibility Criteria
Hindi Translator
- Master’s Degree in Hindi
- Diploma/Certificate in Hindi–English Translation
Project Associate II
- CA/CMA (Inter) OR M.Com OR MBA (Finance) with 2 years experience
- OR Post Graduation with 2 years administrative experience
Project Associate I
- Post Graduation in Commerce with 1 year experience
- OR Post Graduation with 1 year administrative experience
Technical Assistant
- B.Sc / Graduate in Computer Science / Diploma in Computer Science
Field Assistant (Electrical)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Scientific Administrative Assistant
- Graduate in any discipline
Plumber
- ITI in Plumbing
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- 10th Pass (Matriculation)
Salary Details
The salary for different posts under NCESS Recruitment 2026 is given below:
- Hindi Translator & Project Associate II: ₹28,000 per month + HRA
- Project Associate I: ₹25,000 per month + HRA
- Technical Assistant & Field Assistant: ₹20,000 per month + HRA
- Scientific Assistant & Plumber: ₹18,000 per month + HRA
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): ₹15,000 per month (No HRA)
Note: In addition to the basic salary, selected candidates may receive other benefits and allowances as per government rules.
Age Limit (as on 10 April 2026)
- Hindi Translator / Project Associate: Maximum 35 years
- Technical & Field Assistant: Maximum 50 years
- Scientific Assistant & Plumber: Maximum 50 years
- MTS: Maximum 25 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC: 3 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years

Selection Process
The selection process will vary depending on the post:
- Interview: For Hindi Translator & Project Associate II
- Written / Skill Test: For other posts
