Jharkhand Lecturer Recruitment 2026: Apply for 355 JPSC Lecturer Posts
The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released a recruitment notification for 355 Lecturer posts in Government Polytechnic and Government Women’s Polytechnic Institutes under the Higher and Technical Education Department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website.
According to the official notification, 349 posts are regular vacancies while 6 posts are backlog vacancies. Candidates can submit their online application form before 12 March 2026. The last date to pay the application fee is 14 March 2026, and applicants must submit the hard copy of their application form by 25 March 2026.

Educational Qualification
Engineering / Technology
- Candidates must have a BE / BTech / BS degree with First Division in the relevant subject.
- At the time of final selection, candidates must also have First Division in Graduation or Post Graduation.
Science and Humanities
- Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree with First Division in the relevant subject.
- Applicants must qualify the NET exam conducted by UGC or CSIR.
- Equivalent exams recognized by UGC such as SLET / SET are also acceptable.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 65 years.
Qualifying Marks
- General Category: 40%
- OBC: 36.5%
- EBC: 34%
- SC / ST / Women: 32%
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 per month. Apart from the basic salary, candidates will also get additional government allowances and benefits.
