- B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a Central or State Institute of Hotel Management recognized by NCHMCT, UGC, or AICTE.
- BBA or MBA in Culinary Arts (Cooking) from the Indian Culinary Institute.
- B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science.
- MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management.
Age Limit
- General (UR): Maximum 27 Years
- SC / ST: 5 Years Age Relaxation
- OBC: 3 Years Age Relaxation
- PwBD: 10 Years Age Relaxation
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 Years relaxation in addition to defense service period
